Consists of:

One stick of Palo Santo -  known for its properties to aid in clearing bad energy, providing spiritual protection and bringing good luck.

Palo Santo – Blessing and Purification. Palo Santo is literally the Saint Tree. Used for centuries in Peru and Ecuador for spiritual ceremonies. Burn chips as you would incense or smudge sticks; light, allow to burn momentarily, blow out the flame and fan the ember. May need to be re-lit. “Wash” persons, places, or property with the smoke. The more the chip is lit, the easier it is to keep the ember going.

One 4in Californian white sage bundle - burning sage (aka, “smudging” or “sage-ing”) is a ritual used to “cleanse” a space or environment from negative energy, generate wisdom and clarity, and promote healing. … White sage is preferable but any sage wand (sage wrapped by twine in a bundle to make a stick) will do. It’s really about intention.

One 4in stick of Selenite - used  for crystal healing and cleansing. Selenite is a calming stone that instils deep peace and is  thought to be excellent for meditation or spiritual work. It assists judgement and insight. It is believed to clear confusion and aids in seeing the deeper picture. Selenite aligns the spinal column and promotes flexibility.
