This week I begin the journey of ‘cleaning up’ my diet. With the help of my good friend Kelly from @vitality_health_wellbeing nutrition coach & one half of @soulbowl - I plan to fine tune my diet, removing all processed food & sugar. I want to learn more about the healing properties of food.
In my teens & twenties my main concern was the calorie count & cost of food, over the years that has gradually changed and now in my 50’s I appreciate just how important a healthy diet is both for mental & physical health.
After years of being veggie with the occasional piece of fish I made the decision to bring some meat back into my diet so this is a perfect time to explore new ideas & experiment with different foods.
